Welcome to the Turkish Student Association Global Non-Profit ("TSA Global"). By accessing our services and participating in our community, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a positive and supportive environment for Turkish students abroad.

1. Membership Eligibility:

1.1 To become a member of TSA Global, individuals must be Turkish students studying abroad.

1.2 Students who do not hold Turkish citizenship, but have an interest in joining TSA Global, can also join the community.

1.3 Members must adhere to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are studying.

2. Purpose of TSA Global:

2.1 TSA Global is a non-profit organization aimed at providing support, networking opportunities, and job assistance to Turkish students studying abroad.

2.2 TSA Global is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive community.

3. Code of Conduct:

3.1 Members are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy.

3.2 Any form of discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Members are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to participating in illegal groups or terror organizations.

3.4 Disruptive behavior, including starting fights or causing discord within the community, will not be tolerated.

4. Termination of Membership:

4.1 TSA Global reserves the right to terminate a member's participation if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

4.2 Membership may be terminated if a member is found to be involved in illegal activities or associated with terror organizations.

4.3 Members engaging in disruptive behavior, such as starting fights on our Discord page, may also face termination.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality:

5.1 Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members.

5.2 Personal information shared within the community should not be disclosed outside of TSA Global without explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1 Members agree not to use or distribute TSA Global's intellectual property without proper authorization.

6.2 Content shared within the community should respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

7. Amendments:

7.1 TSA Global reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

7.2 Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By joining TSA Global, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your membership.
